Our Services

  • WELLNESS VISITS - All Ages - An exam that focuses on preventative care, including maintaining wellness and stopping health problems before they occur.

  • SICK VISITS - A visit to address a new or worsening health issues focusing on the problem that brought you in.

  • CHRONIC DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT - A visit to addresses or reevaluates the disease or condition and can include medication refills.

  • IMMUNIZATIONS - We offer routine vaccines and boosters for well child and adults.

  • ADOLESCENT ADDICTIONS COUNSELING - We offer counseling services for teenagers and their families to help develop the skills they need to resolve problems and manage feelings & behaviors.

  • SEXUAL & REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH - STD checks & treatment, birth control + IUD insertion, natural family planning, pap smears, urine testing, clinical breast exam, pregnancy testing & counseling

  • DOT PHYSICALS - An evaluation that meets required regulations by the FMCSA.

  • SPORTS PHYSICALS - An evaluation that focuses on whether a child is healthy and safe enough to participate in sports.

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING - DOT/NON-DOT - We offer in house drug & alcohol testing with rapid results, as well as send out drug tests.

  • REFERRALS FOR SPECIALTY CARE - We can refer you to a specialty care clinic of your choice, or recommend on that suits you needs.

  • EVALUATIONS FOR VETERANS BENEFITS - An evaluation that Veterans Affairs requires of Veterans seeking compensation for disability benefits.

  • MINOR PROCEDURES - Wart or mole removal, suturing, splinting, minor burn treatment.

  • COVID-19 TESTING - We offer nasal and throat swab testing depending on your situation.

  • MASSAGE THERAPY - 60 -and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions.

FAQs

  • We are a family medical practice, and treat all ages, from babies to elders.

  • Our testing is limited at this time, however, patients can take RFMC orders to have their blood drawn at most clinic/hospital laboratories.

  • Unfortunately, we are not set up for x-rays and send patients to a clinic of choice for x-rays.

  • Telehealth options are available.

    We are striving to bring a mental health provider to offer counseling in person.
